Meet our team
We are a small, personal team of 5 who have over 30 years experience in the landscape industry – we look forward to working with you to make the most of your outdoor living areas. We would love to help you with anything from a small deck through to complete design and build packages.
Bryce Reynolds
Owner and Operator
Bryce loves the variation that landscaping brings and particularly enjoys the creative and the social side of meeting new clients and take them on the journey of building their unique landscape. After breaking in his landscaping boots, Bryce studied landscape design and then landed a job with one of NZ’s largest landscaping companies. This gave him the platform of experience and networks needed to take over clients of a friend’s business and grow Earth Impressions from there. Bryce has now been landscaping for 20 years, is married to Nic and they have three kids.
Nicola Reynolds
Administrator
The amazing wife behind it all, Nicola takes care of all the bills and office stuff. That is, when she’s not looking after the kids or travelling the world competing in obstacle races. She’s a machine.
Levi
Landscaper
Levi has green thumbs and fingers, having completed a permaculture course, spent a summer in a hooded white suit keeping bees, working around several orchards and doing his time in the world of garden maintenance. Fortunately for Earth Impressions, and our clients, he decided not to chuck in the trowel and instead chose to become a full-time gardener and landscaper with us.
Dave
Landscaper
Dave first began with us in 2015 where he quickly became our timber specialist. Dave loves building decks and is handy with the chainsaw especially if you’re after a sleeper garden with Dovetail joins. Dave is a second generation Landscaper and an amazing artist and it shows in his eye for detail.
Quintin
Landscaper
Quentin did his apprenticeship with Earth impressions back in the 2004 and after a few years elsewhere he has come home to Earth Impressions. Que will be the first on site and is always ready to get stuck in. If you think you might have hired a karaoke singer don’t worry he can whistle while he works!
